SALE RULES & GUIDELINES:

1) EACH CONSIGNOR MUST BE AN AWA or AAA MEMBER TO CONSIGN
If you are a consignor from the U.S. then let us know if your entries qualify for exportation. Please denote where they are qualified to be shipped, and the information of where they are stored including company/name, address, contact phone and email
If you are an International consignor then let us know where your entries are qualified to be shipped in the world, and the information of where they are stored including company/name, address, contact phone and email
2) 10% COMMISSION IS CHARGED ON “NO SALES”
3) ALL LIVE ANIMALS MUST HAVE PROFESSIONAL PICTURE & VIDEO (30 SECONDS is preferred) OR THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
4) THE SALE PLATFORM FOR THIS SALE IS A PICTURE/VIDEO SALE OF EACH LOT/LIVE ONLINE AUCTION
5) ALL RECESSIVE TRAITS/TESING RESULTS MUST BE LISTED WITH EACH ENTRY *must disclose if entry has been tested for Johnes and/or Brucellosis
6) LIVE ONLINE SALE
7) A NON-REFUNDABLE ENTRY FEE OF $200 PER LOT MUST ACCOMPANY ALL ENTRIES
8) NOMINATIONS FOR ENTRIES WILL CLOSE 10.25.2024
9) CATAOG WILL GO TO PRESS ON 11.15.2024
10) SALE COMMISSION IS 20% OF WHATEVER EACH LOT BRINGS. REGARDLESS OF SALE GROSS, THIS FIGURE STAYS THE SAME, BASED ON THE PRICE OF THE LOTS SOLD.
11) SALE MANAGEMENT WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO SETTLE THE SALE PROCEEDS WITHIN 60 DAYS.
*** It is the right of the W365 management team to accept and/or deny any lots. Any cattle with an inadequate body condition score will not be accepted.

Cattle Terms:
Donor Cows (Proven and/or Prospects) Each consignor is responsible for the guarantee listed with their lot in regard to flush guarantees
Spring Calving Pairs (Fullblood and Purebred) with calves at side. Cows with spring calves must be bred back and at least 60 days safe in calf by sale day. Cows must be born after 1.01.16
Fall Calving Pairs (Fullblood and Purebred) with calves at side. Cows must be born after 1.01.16
Bred Cows (Fullblood and Purebred) Must be at least 60 days safe in calf by sale day. Females must be born after 1.01.16
Bred Heifers (Fullblood and Purebred) Must be at least 60 days safe in calf by sale day.
Open Heifers (Fullblood or Purebred) Sell as open and guarantee to be a sound breeder
Bulls (Fullblood or Purebred) Must be 12 months to 30 months of age to sell and must pass a certified veterinary semen test; must pass trich test
Embryos (Fullblood or Purebred) If you consign embryos to the sale then it will be the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the shipping of the embryos. No More than 5 embryos per lot.
Planned matings (Any breed can be sold as a recipient at any age) The mating must be Fullblood or Purebred) The mating needs to be bred at least 60 days.
E.T. Cow Calf Pairs; Recipient cow sells with its bull or heifer embryo calf. (Calf must be Fullblood or Purebred)
